Customer service was above and beyond.The vanity is beautiful (HEAVY as it comes assembled with marble top).
2 things that should be noted: 1) the backsplash does come in 2 parts but it is barely noticeable if you have a good installer piece it together... I read this is another review so I was not surprised when it arrived. I just think maybe it should be described in the specs. and 2) the faucets that come with it are “cheap” .... we were not planning to use them so, I plan to sell them on e bay or yard sale ... I think including them almost “;insults” how nice the vanity is. Anyway - we are VERY pleased. It arrived VERY well packed for shipping and was exactly what we expected.
