The minute I saw the pump handle design of this set I knew it was exactly what I wanted. I dismissed one of the reviews I read which mentioned a problem with the hot water not flowing. I wanted the set anyway because it really went well with the country motif of our new bathroom. Sure enough, the plumber discovered that, try as he might, he could barely get a rapid drip from the hot water side. That being said, I called Price Pfister directly and without so much as a hearty sneeze, they had a new cartridge/value unit air-shipped to us at no charge. (Which tells me they've had enough calls to know there must be a flaw in the design.) None the less, we are so very satisfied with the looks of the unit, and after installing the new valve for the 'hot' side, all is well. If you've ever had an issue with a Price Pfister product and saw how easy they are to work with, you really don't have any doubt about using their products. I really do have a no-hassle replacement policy. I would have no problems ordering Price Pfister anything, and like I said, the pump handle and waterfall appearance is exactly what that bathroom needed.

TOTO CST784EF-01 Eco Clayton with Elongated Bowl, Cotton White Review

Bought two Clayton's to replace decades old toilets. These are the lower flush (1.28gpf) but they work well, have a powerful flush and large flush capacity and so far no clogs.

We live in an older home with traditional colonial style and these toilets are beautiful. Even my teens (who could usually care less) commented about them. More expensive than Toto's contemporary designs, but really worth it if you have a historic home.

We also installed a third Toto - a Promenade. Don't recommend it. It looks "historically accurate" with the much taller tank and side flush, but frankly, the tank is heavy and I'm having ongoing discussions with Toto about the constant water running and the low performing flappers.

In contrast, haven't had a single problem with either of the two Clayton models and if I had it to do over again, I'd replace the Toto Promenade with the Clayton design.

One warning: we didn't pay extra for sanigloss (didn't see the point of an extra $100 at the time). As a result, these toilets need minor cleaning after some uses (i.e. softer "deposits" tend to stick to the walls due to the low water level in the bowl). Not really a problem, but kind of ludicrous that Toto would charge extra for sanigloss on toilets that are already twice as expensive as other manufacturing brands.

Also - if you need more water in your flush, just hold the lever another second or two. A standard flush only uses half the water in the tank. For those rare occasions you still have the option for twice the flush capacity if you needed it (albeit they don't advertise that fact). So far, so good.

Proxxon 37040 DH 40 MICRO Planer Review

I have this for guitar fingerboards. When it works it works great. However the auto feed often does not work. It will pull the wood in then get stuck and burn a nice divot in the piece. Unfortunately this happens about 50% of the time. One day it works fine the next it just plain will not feed the wood. Very frustrating considering it is not a cheap unit. I paid for this what I paid for my large 15" planer. The whole point of it is to work thin fingerboard stock that might get chewed up in the big machines. Unfortunatley this Proxxon unit is just too unpredictable. A shame as when it functions the finish is nice and smooth. Better off piggybacking thru the regular planer than dealing with this insanity.

Also the inner gears are plastic.

I was skeptical purchasing this big item online but everything went smoothly. The seller called & explained the delivery method. FedEX called to schedule the delivery since they need to bring a folk lift. They brought it inside my garage & took all the packing for me to examine the unit before they left. WE are very happy with the quality of the product. The Faucet looks very fancy . The whole unit is a steal. It was made in China. If it had been made in North Carolina I'd have paid double the price!

TOTO MS854114ELG-01 Eco Ultramax ADA Elongated One Piece Toilet with Sanagloss, Cotton White Review

We have five of these toilets, regular height, in our house. I ordered this one for my mother, who is handicapped and needed the ADA height. They are easy to clean and are great flushers. I don't expect to have to replace any of these TOTO toilets as long as we live in this house. We replaced every toilet in our former house with either American Standard or Kohler, and had problems with both almost right away. I would definitely recommend a TOTO to anyone looking for a new toilet. Amazon had the best price, including shipping, of all the sites that I investigated.
