Update: In the end, we did not need a booster pump...but we did need to install a larger diameter water feed line to the toilet to get the increased water flow required. It now flushes well every time! However, I still only give it 3 stars because the Toto documentation doesn't make the water flow requirements easy to find and understand before purchasing.

First off, the good things:
1. I love the heated seat
2. Nice bidet-type functions
3. Fairly easy to use
Now the bad thing:
a. it doesn't flush well! On average, it only completely flushes about every 10th time we try to flush it. Apparently, this is because of a requirement hidden in only 2 documents that Toto provides...the Neorest requires a water supply flow of 8.75 gallons per minute or 1.5 gallons per 10 seconds, because the water volume is what creates the suction to empty the toilet. This is a severe limitation that (had we known in advance) would have caused us to never purchase the Neorest. It will increase the price of the Neorest for us by $1200 for the installation of a booster pump at the point of the toilet.

All in all, if it flushed, it would be a really nice toilet...but isn't flushing the main purpose of a toilet? Anyway, buyer beware...BEFORE purchase and installation.
