So this ladder, for me, has pros and cons. To frame this review I am a 5'1" 130 lb petite female with probably average strength. I'm not a construction worker and I don't have a ton of muscle. I bought a town home last summer and have spent a great deal of time remodeling it. I wanted something that worked good both inside and outside the house to allow me to get to those places I cannot reach easily with a basic step ladder.

Pros:
Seems very sturdy
Does reach high
Great positions

Cons:
Getting it in and out of a truck is not as easy as it looks - the rungs catch on the bed of the truck
Not so easy to maneuver the positions for someone of my size and strength
Heavy - and hard to get from one place to the other

My contractor used this ladder (it was here) one day and he had a different opinion but I really felt I should leave mine with my characteristics. There is nothing wrong with this - but I would not recommend this size for the average petite female as it is just too hard to use given its weight and size. Again - that's not a critique of the ladder itself more of who this would be a good choice for. The contractor and I both agreed that we had some concerns about the plastic pieces because when we positioned it there was a slight feel that had us questioning longevity. It didn't seem quite as solid as it looked. He had an easier time moving it around but both of us also felt is was a little big for indoor work in a townhome. A regular larger house with a good height ceiling and width of stairway and such would likely be a better choice for this size ladder.
