This is the sturdiest and most weather resistant "tack box" I have ever had, I like that it is easy to clean (just hose it off), it is also resistant to sun, rain and horse nibbling. I put this item together by myself, you need to follow the directions exactly...and you need to place it on a level surface otherwise you will forfeit your investment. I have not had any problems with this item, ever. I have had mine for about 4 years, and I still love it. Also this item when fully assembled and unladened is fairly easy to transport if you have a friend or a dolly, I have moved it all by myself (I am a small girl). It holds all my stuff and I feel comfortable knowing that it is safe because I can lock it up and unless the thief is going to completely destroy the box it's pretty much impossible to get into, beleive me I have tried. The assembly instructions also come with a template for making shelves from wood, which is also pretty easy to do if you are handy.
