I would let everyone know how well this works, but the problem is that it isn't working at all. The auger motor doesn't spin and so the pellets do not dispense, therefore the fire does not stay lit. It is also confusing because if you want it to be in "manual" mode, then you have to hold the power button until certain lights flash and only those lights and there are about four modes. If you have the manual you can figure it out, but if not then you're out of luck. What's wrong with just having a "manual" button? The process of getting a replacement motor is a joke. The customer service people are not very friendly and talk to you like you are in idiot. If I didn't have a handy son-in-law then I would be paying for this to be fixed out of my own pocket as they only send the replacement part and then you are on your own. I paid a lot of money for a pellet stove that I haven't even been able to use yet. If I get the replacement motor anytime soon then I will update my review to inform on the heat output.
