I purchased this lamp for a show home. It was replacing another lamp I purchased on Overstock. There was nothing wrong with that lamp, but I wanted something with a little more sparkle, a little more glamour. This lamp fits the bill.

I have it sitting against a bare cream wall, on a very dark mahogany end table, and the effect is stunning. It's a substantial piece - very large & heavy and makes quite a statement. The deep blue glass is a beautiful color, and is even more gorgeous when lit. This lamp is definitely blue... not at all green. That aside, this lamp is perfect - it's like lighting and art rolled into one.

I very highly recommend this lamp if you are looking to make a dramatic, high-design statement in your space.
