It's been a week and it's operating flawlessly on a 15' gate. Had an issue calibrating the magnets for when to stop opening and closing but once I figured the correct position it worked great.

Be aware you will need to buy an electrical cord and connect to main board, I purchased a 6 footer with 18 gauge terminals.
