This is a beautiful lamp with a graceful line. The white linen shade casts a lovely light, so nice. in fact, that we ordered a second one to replace the shade on a different floor lamp that was too yellowish. The only reason I gave it four instead of five stars is that I think the lamp would be better with a 3-way switch to give more control of the light level.
