I loved the design of this faucet and thought that the company was quality/reputable. We bought the first one and had to replace it within four months because the side lever kept falling off. I was stubborn and thought it was an anomaly/defective first product, so I bought another one in April 2013. Again the side lever started falling off, finally my husband used super glue, which, actually, worked. Then last week the the cabinet under the sink started flooding because the retractable hose sprung a leak. DO NOT BUY ROHL, ESPECIALLY THIS FAUCET.
