I loved the way this faucet looked. It looked a little different than other contemporary faucets. At the end of the spout, a piece of rubber, with a screen on the inside, allowed the water to exit. The rubber came with 3 colors, white, lime and black. Faucets can be problematical because you never how the water will hit the sink, if it will splash etc. In this case, we had an above counter rectangular vessel sink that is 5 inches tall. When the plumber installed the faucet, I loved it but after about 2 weeks I started to smell a little mold. I checked everything, and of course used bleach, continually sniffing around for days until I finally realized the smell was coming from the faucet. Additionally, the top part of the faucet was the way the water turned on and off and the water came out in a bunch of different patterns which had to be tamed each time. To me, it was the mold that was the breaking point.
