The fan was easy to install and the quietest exhaust fan that I have ever heard. Initially I wasn't convinced that it was operating until I saw the exhaust hood vents moving on the outside wall! The other great feature is the automatic sensor turns the fan on when entering the bathroom, and the unit turns off via the timer. It also has the ability to run continuously on low speed and then switch to high speed when the sensor is activated.
The only problem I experienced was that the fluorescent light ballast failed after one month. I couldn't find the same replacement model on-line, so I used a generic model and modified it to fit. I definitely would purchase this model again!
