Initially, we ordered 2 French Empire Crystal Chandeliers for the foyer in our home. The shipment arrived within 2 days and we were delighted that nothing was broken. Additionally, we were pleasently surprised with the good instructions that facilitated an easy assembly.

The description of the chandeliers on the Amazon Web Site was very helpful. However, we made an error in the length of the Chandeliers which would cause them to hang too low. Fortunately, Gallery Lightening included the number for their customer service department, along with the instuuctions, so we gave them a call. The customer service representative, Daniel was very helpful and offered a great solution-flush mounting. After the chandeliers were flush mounted, we turned the 15 lights on and received the greatest WOW factor due to the beautiful illumination and the corresponding "sunburst" shadow effect they made on the ceiling.

My husband and I were so pleased that we ordered an additional Chandelier for the dining room!
