We purchased 2 Toto Willinghams for remodeling. They look great (so 2 stars) but stay away! The bowl soils with every use requiring brushing everytime. Even worse, the bowl contents splash upwards upon flushing so that the underside of the seat must be constantly wiped clean. STAY AWAY!Plumbers recommend Toto toilets because the same flush valve fits all of their toilets. It makes repair for the plumber simple. Beware of their recommendations as this is a clear conflict of interest.
The manufacturer recommended treating the bowl monthly with white vinegar. Turn off the water supply, empty the bowl, wipe the bowl with white vinegar, & allow to dry. Do you want to do this monthly?
My advice: find an American manufacturer. Avoid my mistake.
