First, about the sink itself: It is huge. It appears bigger than its dimensions because of the square corners. It really has an industrial look to it. Frankly, I like it. And in a modern kitchen, it should look really sharp. However, 100% of the people I showed it to (about 9 I think), they all said it belonged in a garage, laundry room, or commercial kitchen... but they wouldn't want it in their kitchen. I understand what they're saying. But taste is personal. Quality appears ok, except for pre-existing damage.

About that: I bought the sink from Amazon as "Used - like new condition". "Like new". Well, it was returned by the original purchaser for an obvious reason... severe damage on one corner and significant damage on two others. The box was intact so I don't believe it was shipping damage. I think it came from the factory like that, and that's why 3 stars. Carelessness like that is unacceptable to me. I'd probably rank it lower but I suppose I could be wrong. Maybe its shipping damage but I don't think so.

While I believe Amazon should have inspected it better before shipping it out "like new"... they really came through for me on the refund so I still give Amazon the "best customer service in the world" award :)
