We had looked at vanities at the usual places such as Lowe's and Home Depot, but they were cheap and lower quality, as well as some specialty stores, but a Vanity like this was around $2200. This looked real nice, so we decided we would give it a try. First, it showed up in a week by a specialty freight company, coming from Florida to San Diego Ca. It was packed in a heavy cardboard box, lots of preformed foam and on a pallet. No damage. It comes originally from China. Upon opening the box, you will find a two inch marble top that is beautiful and must weigh 100 lbs. The cabinet is solid wood, and perfectly finished. The glass bowl is thick, lightly tinted as in the picture. On top of all that, the faucet is really high quality, either a moen or moen replica, and it also comes with all of the plumbing that goes to the wall in chrome plated steel. This includes all of the drain traps and braided stainless steel water lines! Truly amazing. It took me about 15 minutes to assemble the bowl and faucet to the top and the top to the vanity, and another 15 minutes to attached the water and drain lines. If you purchase you will not be disappointed. Once I finish watching the NBA playoffs :-) I will do a dual vanity upstairs with one from this vendor.
