The 310131OZ can be used to complement a family room or bedroom with its Seaside statement as the focal point, or placed above your dining room table, instead of the traditional chandelier for the added benefits of air movement and an updated, chic style. The 310131OZ uses only 82-watts of electricity on high speed (not including any light), pushes 6,790 cubic feet per minute, and 82 cubic feet per minute per watt. This is sold one per package and comes complete with four blades, one 6IN and one 12IN downrod, and integrated light kit, pull chains to operate the fan functions and the light kit. Height of this ceiling fan is adjustable using shorter or longer downrods (sold separately). I knew I had to have this beautiful fan for my backyard patio soon as I saw it, and it did not disappoint - contemporary and unique! Based on input from my husband, the instructions were clear and all parts were available making it easy to put up! It is also solidly built and super quiet! The blades are a little lighter than I expected for the color walnut; they have a reddish undertone, but I am okay with that because they complement the Maison Rouge brick on our house! Although we don't expect to have any problems with this fan; it does come with a lifetime warranty (on the motor or motor-related parts)! Purchasing a fan with an integrated light fixture was a must; finding one that reflected my design aesthetic was icing on the cake!
