I bought this at a local big box store because I needed it right away and like seeing $200 faucets before buying them. It actually took longer for me to remove my old rusted out faucet than install this new one. I had a one hole installation and did not install the deck plate.

I saw a couple of reviews complaining about how to tighten the unit. I had this problem initially, as tightening it would "spin" the faucet around, but it was easily fixed by rotating the faucet slightly farther away from where I wanted it, then tightening it slowly until I got it exactly where I wanted. I spent maybe 2-3 minutes figuring this out, and don't think it's that big of a deal.

The faucet operates very smoothly and I love the finish. It's very elegant and does not get water spots or fingerprints as advertised. The parts appeared to be all brass (from the faucets I looked at, it was one of the heavier boxes in the store) and would highly recommend this.
