We received this fixture damaged from shipping. I emailed Southern Lights and they immediately responded. They sent a return label for the damaged fixture and shipped out a new one soon after. It is up and it looks great. We had an 8 light fixture which we didn't care for. This 7 light fixture covers the area and is very good quality. Thanks Amazon for another good purchase.
