This is a very unique sink that showcases the shiney porcelain. Water will not splash out of this.

One thing to keep in mind is because the sink is not recessed, your counter will have to be lower or the sink will be at an awkward level. You have to use a vessel sink vanity, not your standard height one.

This is the only porcelain vessel sink I have seen. Other vessel sinks tend to be circular glass sinks.

Kraus is a fairly new manufacturer, but I find their faucets to be as high in quality as other established brands. The faucet itself is solid brass, the finish is well applied, and the lever has a stop behind it so you don't over-extent the valve (which causes leaks and breaks in many a cheaper faucet).

One thing to note, is faucets with this type of finish cannot be cleaned with an abrasive or acidic cleaner because over time it will destroy the finish. I recommend vinegar to dissolve mineral deposits and a soft cloth or plastic scrubby.
